Customer Operations at Vodafone

We’re passionate about exceeding our customers’ expectations and making a big difference to their lives. We are always really committed to delivering the best possible service. Whether it’s via telephone or online, we are there to provide vital support when our customers need it. We strive to make sure that through our products and services, people feel free to live their lives their way and that their journey with us is as simple as it can be.

About the role

In these roles our Customer Relations Advisor’s investigate, resolve and respond to high level complaints. These are often very complex queries, from both consumer and corporate customers.

They do this by delivering a fantastic service to our customers and work closely with other departments to ensure first time resolution. They spend most of their time on the phone or responding to emails and letters. It’s important to be a great listener and communicator – that’s what excellent service is all about.

It’s a team like no other; it’s deeply high profile with senior partners within Vodafone UK and Vodafone Group.
