Customer Experience Designer
Location: Newbury

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Designer/ Business Improvement Consultant to join our innovative Product team in Vodafone UK Business. 
In this role you will design the E2E customer journey for all new products being launched within UK Business.

It is essential you create the journey with customer in mind, making the journey simple whilst also delivering continuous service improvement on live products. 
This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of our market leading portfolio including Mobile, Fixed, Voice, Data, Unified Communications, IOT, Cloud & Hosting Security, 

Your role:
  • Take full, overall responsibility for the definition of the Professional & Support Service & Process design of the product and its end-to-end integrity
  • Ensure that the network, service and related operational support requirements are fully captured, understood, agreed, consistent and communicated 
  • Ensure that Process & Service designs are operable, maintainable, scalable and robust
  • Ensure that the design is reviewed and accepted by all cross-functional teams
  • Produce high-quality documentation in all design and implementation activity
  • Plan product testing and manage issues through to resolution
About you:
You will be an experienced Service Design /Customer Experience/ Business Process Improvement Designer who has designed amazing simple E2E customer journey's for Technical Products.  

You will be familiar with process mapping, improvement, re-engineering, documentation as well as automated operational environments. 

Ideally you will have an understanding of Agile, and have an ITIL qualification.
