Shift pattern: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Sunday with shifts between 8am and 9pm

About the Role

We’re looking for exceptional managers to lead a successful team of Customer Service Advisers. You’ll lead, manage and develop up to 15 Advisers, setting clear and stretching performance goals. Creating an environment where our employees are motivated and engaged through effective communication and coaching and ultimately ensuring our customers’ queries are resolved swiftly.

Proven experience of managing, developing and motivating high performing teams is vital – as well as a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives that have enhanced both the customer experience and employee engagement. 

Supporting and coaching the team is a big part of the role, so you’ll need to have strong people management experience. Then there’s something a bit more inbuilt - the communication skills and empathy you need to swiftly develop a rapport with anyone, that’s what great leadership is all about.
