Role Title: Customer Security Manager

From designing to delivering extraordinary service that exceeds our customer’s expectations, we lead excellence across all our global markets and customer lifecycle Joining us as a Customer Security Manager you can be part of our empowering our Group Enterprise Commercial Operations (GECO) function. You will be the trusted focal point for all security communications to/from the customer, account team and other stakeholders. Leading on all information security matters and championing the security agenda within the account. Responsible for the delivery of all customer security obligations.  Working collaboratively with multi-disciplined, cross functional teams across Vodafone to achieve this goal.  Championing security within Vodafone on behalf of the customer, providing security leadership and overseeing and driving forward customer security projects; the single Vodafone point of contact for security for the customer. 

 
With us you will:
  • The Vodafone Information Security Officer for the customer account
  • Single point of contact for all customer security matters relating to Vodafone
  • Discharging all contractual security obligations, including agreed reporting, participation in customer security forums, supporting customer with their client security audits
  • Stakeholder management across all Vodafone lines of business, suppliers and partners in support of the customer account to ensure a single Vodafone voice of security
  • Timely and accurate reporting showing demonstrable evidence of effective delivery of security responsibilities
 
Apply if you have:
 
  • Security management Knowledge with experience personally delivering security advice and guidance to clients
  • Confident communicator with a high level of experience in front of customers and excellent stakeholder management
  • Experience of security in a Public Sector and Defence environment
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites across the UK and occasionally overseas
