About the role Credit Adviser’s support, manage and develop working relationships with multiple customers to provide an exceptional experience and ultimately ensure payment terms are adhered to. You’ll act as an interface and representative of the credit team, dealing with business customers from various industries. You’ll work closely with other departments to resolve customer queries and minimise late payment, so building relationships is key.
