As the Creative Director, you will take the lead in the creation of a completely new in house V by Vodafone Design studio. Along with your creative team, you will be responsible for creating the most loved and admired brand in the IOT space, establishing a brand synonymous with the category globally. You’ll be a champion of the brand, ensuring brand shows up in everything we do as a business – the propositions, the products, the comms and advertising. You will lead the end to end creation of design, copywriting, digital and multimedia content for all the CIoT business, working strategically to launch your vision across the globe.

With us you will:
 
  • Take leadership of the CIoT Brand Strategy – define and lead the brand strategy and champion it across the business

  • Act as a brand consultant/designer – Champion the brand visual identity across the business

  • Ensure brand comes to life through our products and services

  • Create compelling communications which delivered the desired impact (call to action – sales, registration etc)

  • Planning – Develop and manage and in-house creative resource and strategic plans

  • Campaign Management and delivery - Accountable for end to end internal creative process and integration of assets across all communication channels

  • Traffic management of the studio to ensure effective and efficient delivery to stakeholders

  • Set up, develop and sustain in house studio facility - Ensure appropriate facilities are available, managed and maintained to support service delivery

 
You are:
 
  • Passionate brand professional with a proven track record of producing outstanding creative

  • Extensive experience in a marketing, design or agency environment

  • Strong people management experience

  • Design studio or traffic management experience

  • Marketing, Design or Multimedia qualifications

  • Ability to influence across organization and communicate an idea

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Resilient and accepting of change

  • High degree of initiative
  • Conceptual and strategic thinking ability

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Strong team player
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members
