Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, with rotated shifts - 8am to 4pm one week, 10am to 6pm the next

About the role
Do you enjoy taking ownership of a problem? We’re looking for brilliant Corporate Self Care Advisors to join a small, dedicated team who supports Vodafone’s objective of giving our customers flexibility over how they wish to contact us. You will do this by being a single point of contact for the online, self-service applications, supporting internal and external customers with enquiries and fault reporting. You will also be involved in training new staff members on an individual basis, or classroom environments, and of customers through webinar sessions from the private business sector.
