Consumer Technical Care Agent (Mobile) - Newark


Salary: £19,500 + £3,000 bonus and great benefits


37.5 per week. Week One: 10am to 6pm with one Saturday, week two: 1pm to 9pm with no weekends, week three: 8am to 4pm.

About the role


Our Technical Care Advisor’s take ownership for calls from customers that are experiencing technical difficulties, striving to resolve at first contact. They work closely with our third line support teams to resolve queries, so building relationships is key. It’s important you’ll be a great listener and communicator - as that’s what excellent service is all about.
