An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced internal communicator with an ability to build strong internal relationships and a knowledge of key internal communications channels. The successful applicant will shape and deliver the company’s internal communications strategy for Product and Transformation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be the communications expert and advocate for this area of the business as well as working collaboratively with the Marketing functions.
 
Your role: 
 
  • To own and drive the Internal Communications Strategy for Product and Transformation
  • Work with line managers to develop their own communication skills and approach and promote information sharing between teams
  • Management of structure and content of business area level intranet
  • Development and delivery of new media to increase levels of engagement of including, in collaboration with Product Managers, GTM, Sales leads, Commercial, HR and the Employee Council.
  • Ensure that communications and employee engagement channels in place are effectively implemented, used and continuously improved to achieve high levels of clarity on Product strategy and employee engagement. 
  • Develop consistent tools to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications activities
  • To provide the Leadership Team with relevant reports on communications & engagement activity and performance achieved against goals and targets
About you: 
  • Experience of delivering internal communications essential
  • Ideally Degree level qualification in Marketing / Business and or Communications
  • Must demonstrate hands-on knowledge and experience of delivering all aspects of the marketing mix particularly creating promotional literature, event management and use of new media tools such as intranet, e-Comms and SMS
  • Good project management and budgetary skills desirable
  • Excellent IT and presentation skills
  • Must be able to influence at a senior level
