Commissions Analyst

We are looking for a Commissions Analyst to support a critical role within Finance Operations as the individual will take ownership of all aspects of Partner Agent (franchise) commissions.

How this will be achieved:

Within this role you will be responsible for the end to end Partner Agent commissions accounting and payment processes. The current team have also begun to develop and build a new commissions engine to calculate and make payments. 
You will be responsible for delivering this project to completion and ultimately delivering against the team’s wider digital roadmap. 
The role is both challenging and rewarding as it gives exposure to many areas of the business which requires effective internal and external stakeholder management skills. The role would suit anyone that wants to pursue a career in finance, accounting and/or change management.

Key Skills/Experience:
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with both internal and external Finance and non-Finance parties
  • Ability to absorb technical information and present back to a wide range of end users
  • Accounting experience preferred but not essential
  • Change/project management experience preferred but not essential
