As a Commercial Insight Analyst on a day to day basis your role will involve:
Making recommendations of commercial initiatives
Reviewing of all commercial initiatives
Base Management performance
Base Management insight & analysis

Now we need a Commercial Insight Analytics to help drive change through analytics at pace. You will be creating and using best in class insight to inform business strategy, make recommendations on next step actions. Using insight to optimise the commercial performance and customer satisfaction of base management including price plan mix, communications effectiveness, discounting, upsell and cross sell options.

To be successful in the role you will have:
Ability to manage multiple projects to tight timescales
Analytical experience in telecoms, financial services or equivalent is ideal 
Microsoft Excel advanced skills
Experience of using statistical software to deliver insight e.g. one of SQL, SAS, python or SPSS
