As our Commercial Propositions Manager you will be responsible with creating compelling and commercially viable propositions to enable us to win new business across the collaboration and Over the Top (OTT) customer segment. You will work with cross functional teams internally as well as customers and supplier externally as you become the go to commercial contact for our activities in this newly created team.
Build and develop Inbound Numbering propositions for customers in the collaboration / OTT segment
Create pricing bundles across VCS services that provide VCS with a competitive advantage and a compelling customer offer
Own the governance process for new propositions taking such offers through formal approvals
Act as the Commercial point of contact for contract negotiations in the Collaboration / OTT space – with both customers and suppliers
As new geographies are required, support supplier negotiations to expand the VCS customer offering
Experience in Commercial and/or Pricing roles with solid understanding of business P&L, price modelling and large multi-product deal support.
Demonstrated experience in the end to end development and launch of customer propositions
Strong analytical skills and a team player with excellent written and oral communications skills
Highly developed problem solving and critical thinking skills, with a pragmatic approach to ensure the job is done. Comfortable working with ambiguity.
Solid experience with Contract negotiations and the legal frameworks used to conduct business
