Location: Homebased

The Cloud Sales Team Manager will be responsible for C&S business (revenues and margins) with Vodafone UK based customers.  To develop and implement the C&S growth strategy for Vodafone in the UK including go-to-market approach, team structure and set up.  Responsible for extensive stakeholder engagement. We are looking for a true people leader, who has led teams selling private, hybrid & public cloud solutions to large enterprise businesses. 


With us you will:

 

 

  • Drive C&S revenues and margins with Vodafone Business customers in the UK
  • Directly lead a team of C&S Sales Specialists and work with Vodafone sales channels to develop a best-in-class go –to-market approach, team structure and set up including target setting and reward system 
  • Build a team of true Specialists in their subject matter expertise of C&S and the sales process within Vodafone 
  • Take an active leadership position in the  planning and execution of the development and closure of C&S sales into UK new and existing customers
  • Accelerate revenue growth developing and implementing C&S growth strategy including organic and inorganic growth measures ensuring Vodafone leadership in C&S in the UK

  • Have lead successful teams that are selling Private, Hybrid and Public cloud solutions 
  • Successful implementation of growth strategy including go-to market approach 
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to professionally discuss and negotiate with customers at both C-level and operational level 
  • Genuine interest in our customers business challenges and desire to address these with the portfolio of Cloud and Security capability that we have 
  • Energy and enthusiasm to create a team that is an example within Vodafone of what great achievements can be realised with the right approach
