Our Team:


Vodafone Enterprise Cloud & Security is a strategic services division, providing businesses with the technology, specialist advice and support they need. As our Cloud Sales -Account Acquisition, you will develop relationships with key influencers to drive sales penetration into these customers to maximise share of wallet. Your key focus will be Asian headquarter customers who are doing business in the UK.


You will provide thought leadership to secure commitment from these clients, exceed expectations based on constructing and delivering a winning proposition to both partner and customer business cases. You will be responsible for signing new contacts with established Vodafone accounts alongside driving new Cloud and Security revenue in accounts that are more acquisitive in nature. You will ensure that high levels of client face-to-face engagement are established and maintained, and new product and services propositions are represented at the client.


This role requires specialist knowledge of private, hybrid and public cloud technologies such as AWS / Azure and Google alongside the ability to deliver these as Managed Services through the use of orchestration toolsets. You will also have proven account growth and sales target attainment with a track record of successfully delivering large transformational deals.

With us you will:

  • Be responsible for Cloud & Security propositions to suit customer’s requirements whilst supporting commercial principle of TCV and Margins in the local markets

  • Develop & drive Cloud and Security sales opportunities and go to market strategy for the global Enterprise companies.

  • Working with GAMs/NAMs to provide consultative client engagement and thought leadership in defining & driving Cloud & Security sales activity for demand generation.

  • Winning propositions and concluding business into new global account relationships.

  • Deliver the Cloud & Security P&L for the global Enterprise Accounts by leveraging relationships with product management to jointly define and drive ‘focus propositions’.

  • Provide client and market led input into product strategy and develop a partnership approach to sales, delivery and service

Apply if you have:

  • Experience in cloud solution sales, delivering solutions that address customer issues.

  • Broad understanding of customer needs; business cases and how customers use our technology.

  • Extensive business acumen with a deep strategic perspective.

  • Customer facing presentation and influencing skills.

  • Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent qualification preferred, ideally relating to technology or business.

  • The right attitude to work in a dynamic environment that given recent investments is at the cutting edge of winning complex managed cloud services contracts.

  • Second language preferred.
