Responsible for sales Leadership, Relationships, and an Account Development sales team within the UK, The Sales Manager will ensure that new business sales targets are exceeded through selling incremental Cloud & Hosting services to exceed Revenue and AOV targets. Collaboration within region is essential to ensure that local customer relationships are maintained and improved. The SM is also the ambassador for C&H within their respective Operating Company ensuring that other Functions receive support and that region is fully integrated and where necessary aligned to OpCo processes and governance.
- Delivers against annual targets on New Business AOV/TCV, driving pipeline across the team that’s at least 3 times targeted TCV growth within account base
- Delivers all In Year revenue expectations
- Ensure that Cloud & Hosting portfolio, sales promotions and sales communications are relevant for team
- Help to define repeatable C&H propositions
- Personal involvement to win new business and retain existing customer business and relationships
- Good commercial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can do will do attitude
- Be able to inspire people
- Ideally degree level educated
