Client Sales Specialist
Location: North West England 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Sales Specialist to join our high performing North West Regional Sales team in Vodafone UK Business.
In this role, you will be managing a portfolio of existing customers across both the public and private sector to help them build a better business by spotting new sales opportunities & selling total workforce solutions across Mobile, Fixed Line, IOT, Unified Comms, Connectivity, Cloud, Hosting & Security. 

Your role:
  • Get to know your customers, understand their strategy in order to create and implement an effective sales strategy, engaging your customer at C-Suite level.
  • Proactively show your customers that you care & build local relationships to drive NPS improvement through effective relationship building. 
  • Deliver against KPI’s to identify new business opportunities & sell business solutions across fixed, mobile, hosting, M2M, TWM, IOT, Unified Communications to retain & grow customer accounts.
  • Proactively understand & keep up-to-date with Vodafone products & solutions, maximising your internal network to provide effective solution management. 
  • Drive revenue & margin improvement through solution sales achieving Revenue & Sales target

About you:
You will have experience selling complex solutions into corporate or public sector organisations. 
You will be commercially minded with the ability to understand business challenges having created effective sales strategies & will have and understanding how technology can improve productivity, efficiency & customer satisfaction.  

Ideally you will have experience in the Technology/ Telecommunications industry & have an understanding of Mobile and Fixed Voice, Data, Unified Communications, Cloud & Hosting, TWM and IoT products.
