Are you ready to join our UK Major Business Sales Team and be a dedicated partner to a select portfolio of our Major Corporate customers?
• Understand the customers industries to develop a customer specific strategy and business plan in line with Vodafone’s product and service portfolio
• Implement and manage local contingency plans to deal with internal/external business issues that impact upon revenue, cost or margin.
• Drive NPS improvement through the delivery of end-to-end customer experience through effective relationships.
• Implement and manage a sales strategy for strategic segments and accounts to deliver against KPIs for fixed, mobile, hosting, IoT, TWM, in line with Vodafone UK and Enterprise Strategy, balancing retain and grow to drive revenue and margin improvements.
What’s important to us?
We’re looking for someone to join our desk based team, that’s resilient and determined, you’ll own around 10 major UK Companies that currently do little business with us today. You’ll find inroads and develop relationships with these customers, expanding our contact base, increasing our understanding of their businesses but more importantly making them aware of who Vodafone is today and the vastly expanded portfolio of technologies and capabilities we can offer to help them evolve their business. With successful development of some of this base you’ll then have the opportunity to progress with these accounts into a field based G band role owning your won contracts in life.
