Joining our Major Business sales function, you will succeed by working with some of our largest UK customers. This could be a corporate brand or a public sector account with over 51 connections. A Digital Telco ambassador you will be driving digital solutions to enable your customers to get closer to their customers, connecting their people and being a more agile business so they are always business ready!


Are you ready to join our UK Major Enterprise Sales Team and be a dedicated partner to significant Public Sector (Healthcare) Major Corporate Enterprise customers?

Can you?

Understand the customer’s industry to develop a customer specific strategy and business plan in line with Vodafone’s product and service portfolio.

Implement and manage local contingency plans to deal with internal/external business issues that impact upon revenue, cost or margin.

Drive NPS improvement through the delivery of end-to-end customer experience   through effective relationships.

Implement and manage a sales strategy for strategic segments and accounts to deliver against KPIs for fixed, mobile, hosting, IoT, TWM, in line with Vodafone UK and Enterprise Strategy, balancing retain and grow to drive revenue and margin improvements.


What’s important to us?

So we need someone who had success with selling solutions and working as a true partner with the customer. You must have experience of managing and developing a managed hosting services; knowledge of public sector industry is an advantage in particular the healthcare sector.

Most important is your hunger and ambition to drive new business; identifying opportunities and demonstrating a must win mentality. We also need someone who can think outside the box when creating solutions for their customer.

The role has a dedicated but virtual team that will include service Manager, Operations Manager, Change Manager, Technical Service Manager, Design Authority, Security Manager and desktop support.
