Controlling Change in an ever evolving business.


Due to a number of internal moves, a new opportunity has arisen for several Change Coordinators to join the Core Change Management team here in Newbury. 


You will work within an ITIL based Change Management framework in which standardised methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all technology changes that impact UK consumer and enterprise customers.

You will be accountable for the governance of the Core Change Management process, which includes the, review, assessment, communication and accurate closure of all technical changes in accordance with agreed service level agreements.  This will include both IT and Networks environments so there will be lots to learn.

We welcome individuals who are keen to support continual improvement in change planning and deployment in order to deliver improvements against defined KPIs.


As a Change Management Coordinator, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:


Understanding of Change Management methodology & principles (ITIL or similar) is preferred but the ability to translate complex issues and information into simple, key messages and actions will be essential.

You must be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to seeking solutions and manage conflict and changing priorities in a balanced manner. 


You will offer great communication and engagement skills, strong planning, organisation and administration skills with the ability to self-manage, organise and prioritise workloads. 


Any of the following skills and experience would be highly beneficial but we are willing to consider great coordinators with great attention to detail:

ITIL Foundation Accreditation
Knowledge of GSM, GPRS and 3G systems and standards

Knowledge of Vodafone’s network and support systems highly beneficial.
