Call Centre Team Leader – Newark

Shift pattern: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Sunday - between 8am and 9pm

We have a fantastic opportunity to join Vodafone UK as a Team Leader where you will be managing up to 15 Customer Service Advisors who will be receiving inbound calls from our customers.

 

The role will encompass all of the usual managerial responsibilities including but not limited to leading, developing and coaching your team, setting clear and stretching performance goals, dealing with escalations when/if required, looking for ways to continually improve our process/ experience for not only our customers but also our employees. 

 

To be successful in this role we are looking for passionate individuals with strong people management/ team leader experience. You will be able to evidence strong leadership and communication skills as these are the key areas to become a great leader!
