We have an exciting opportunity to join our talkmobile team as a Business Transformation Manager. Ready?

About the role

The role will lead the development of the scoping, planning and executing the transformation roadmap ensuring that deliverables are fully approved, resources in place across all parts of the business and external partners.  Essentially you will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of small works. 

What’s important to us?
We are looking for someone who understands our consumer telco business and has been given some small projects to manage. You may have been the project lead, as you would have a small stretch in this position and you will be given the chance to really learn and develop. In addition to this;

  • Extensive project management experience
  • Full programme development lifecycle experience from requirements gathering through design, testing and deployment
  • Business change experience
  • Budgeting and financial tracking
  • Experience of managing cross-culturally
  • Leadership – ability to direct and motivate teams
  • Commercial understanding/acumen of business KPI’s
