Business Partner Executive (desk)
Reporting to Indirect Sales Manager
Managing a portfolio of desk managed partners to deliver both mobile and converged revenue growth. Building strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure both partner and Vodafone ambitions are realised.
Driving conversion of new partner prospects, ensuring a world class on boarding experience is delivered to drive future growth
Support the Partners sales effort and build a strong pipeline of new business with the partner through agreed contact plan/strategy
Consistently reviewing the performance of your base of partners to identify opportunities and risks across all agreed KPI’s
Co-ordinate and manage regular landscaping and account development plans for your base of partners to support with addressing any risk/opportunities identified
Communicating and driving awareness of Vodafone’s products and services
Hold regular QBR’s with partner base to ensure performance is managed effectively
Provide accurate and timely forecasts of Partner performance
Build relationships with partner stakeholders, seeking and using Partner feedback to improve the overall partner experience and offer the level of service required to maximise multi-product penetration
Drive conversion of assisted mobile partner customer quotes on your base (non-portal), ensuring deals are optimised through a combination of revenue value add and effective management of mobile revenue erosion
Work closely with Commercial team for support on customer and business case margin models from both a mobile deal and partner reward perspective
Communicate and drive BAU and ad-hoc partner incentives to drive performance
Drive CVM awareness and utilisation within your partner base
Responsible for feeding back commercial loss/win insight to support improved conversion rates
Knowledge of mobile products
Drive and hunger to hit targets
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and build long lasting relationships with customers and a passion for doing so.
