Business Development Manager (Partner agent)
Hinckley – 40hrs/week
£18,720 per annum plus uncapped bonus (£350 per month, based on performance.

About the role
As Business Development Manager you will be in charge driving sales directly with local businesses. You will proactively scout the local business landscape together with the Store Manager and Partner Agent and sell our business solutions as a bundle.
For you to succeed, you’ll need:
- The ability and confidence to meet with lots of business owners every day
- A great attitude with an energetic, enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- A passion for sales
- The right attitude to get the job done and perform to business targets
- Ability to train other team members on business to business sales
