You will be responsible for the end to end analysis activities required for the development and enhancement of products and will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the high quality, integrated end to end solutions for our Customers.
As part of our culture of continuous improvement, the Business Analyst will also propose and lead internal improvement activities that will enable continuous learning, growth and development.
You will have experience of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, leading on the analysis approach, tools and techniques across both and your focus will be to:
Understand and contribute to shaping the roadmap, product and customer experience vision by working closely with the Product Manager and other senior stakeholders, taking responsibility to scope and define Minimum Viable Products for delivery and contributing to the overall solution context.
Understand, at a high level, our IT applications so that you can provide context when engaging with business stakeholders as well as using your knowledge to identify and propose capability gaps common across portfolios.
Use your excellent communication skills and ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders to ensure the right requirements, and customer experience aspirations, can be elicited, managed and prioritised to enable the successful delivery of world class, strategic, products and solutions.
Manage traceability of the delivered business value to ensure the business impact against compliance is understood
Structure and articulate complex and ambiguous issues in a clear and straightforward way, identifying potential conflicts and managing different stakeholder perspectives so that the right decisions can be made.
Apply if you have:
- Preferably a business analyst with a product ownership background
- Experience of Agile & Waterfall delivery methodologies
Understanding of SAFe (advantageous)
Experience of the Business Process Framework and knowledge of business process tools, e.g. ARIS/Visio
We’re happy if you:
- Knowledge of ITIL
- ISEB Diploma or similar
- Requirements management tools, e.g. Jira/Jama
