Business Analyst – Digital Transformation
Newbury

We have an exciting role for a bright Business Analyst to join our new Digital Transformation team in Product Transformation. 

The digital transformation team is focused on streamlining and simplifying processes to enable end to end automation and seamless digital journeys for our internal and external customers. 

In this role you lead the analysis effort for the Digital Data work stream where you will capture, document and prioritise business requirements across the five pillars of Digital Data. These are Cleanse, Validation, Pinning, Governance and Data Lake. 

Your role: 
  • Creates and executes Discovery workshop sessions and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements using a hybrid-AGILE (SAFe) delivery framework
  • Maps requirements to Use Cases or User Stories dependent on complexity and clarity
  • Work with Architects and Analysts to provide solutions to the requirements 
  • Defining themes, features and epics to scope future phases of the project

About you:
You will either have some experience as a Business Analyst or you will be in a role which requires Business Process Mapping. 
This is a highly analytical role with lots of stakeholder management, so a strong ability to analyse information & communicate to a range of stakeholders is essential. 
You will also need experience in MS Visio and Power Point.
