Salary: £21,500 + £2,000 potential bonus + great benefits
Shift pattern: 37.5 hours a week, 8am to 8pm (Monday to Friday & Sat/Sun 9-5.30pm)

Our Broadband Technical Care Advisors are part of our 2nd line Customer Service support team, working on technical diagnostics issues whilst speaking to our customers and 3rd parties. This role is all about problem-solving, resilience, determination and the rapport to quickly develop relationships on the phone.
You’ll be a problem-solver. You rise to the challenge of solving issues that someone else can’t quite tackle. So, if you have a 2nd line service technology background, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll also need knowledge of ADSL, FTTC and basic networking skills (IP addressing, DNS etc.) to be successful here.
