Your role


This role will be instrumental in driving operational and executional excellence in retail channel marketing in +400 stores across static and digital touch-points. A company wide digital telco project will see our retail digital touch-points transformed into delivery segmented, relevant and timely content driving key brand and commercial metrics. You will contribute to ‘best service’ proof point by leading all techteam & repairhub marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Project manage content management and distribution system implementation incl. selection 
  • Create and delivery industry/peer leading digital content strategy and creative
  • Refine, establish and communicate techteam & repairhub ‘best sevice’ proposition through the line
  • Project-manage the development and execution of in-store marketing  collateral including sponsored space, bespoke Harrods plan and acceleration accessories plan
  • Works closely with key stakeholders to ensure that all marketing materials are delivered on-time and to budget

 Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • You will be a self-starter with the ability to shape and lead channel execution
  • You will have communications experience, also within digital
  • A Good understanding of the retail environment
  • Strong ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent project management skills are required to keep multiple projects going at once
  • Experience working across a wider stakeholder landscape.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The successful candidate with have direct ownership of many items and must be able to identify errors or inconsistencies.
