Role purpose:  
Accountable for the end to end success of cloud analytical solution operations.  Leading service engagement and executive review across all markets – holding relevant parties to account, closely managing operational improvements and proactively planning of change activities to ensure flawless service. 
Apply if you have:  
  • Min 5 years’ experience service delivery 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills  
  • Good knowledge and experience of cloud computing (preferably Google) 
  • Understanding of business intelligence and advanced analytics 
  • Knowledge and experience in working in agile lean methodologies 
  • Service management related (i.e. ITIL)
