- Min 5 years’ experience service delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge and experience of cloud computing (preferably Google)
- Understanding of business intelligence and advanced analytics
- Knowledge and experience in working in agile lean methodologies
- Service management related (i.e. ITIL)
