What will you be doing? We have an exciting opportunity for a Agile Project Manager/ Scrum Half Chapter Lead to join our innovative Product & Transformation business. In this role you will be responsible for developing & leading a high-performing team of Scrum Halves. In addition you will oversee end to end delivery of B2B Products and lead your own multi-discipline squad to launch new products and/or enhance existing products.
Effective team leader, able to nurture talent, set the direction for the team and support them to achieve
Accountable for end to end delivery of the releases within your squad and those of your team
Able to work alongside senior stakeholders to clear blockers and escalations to ensure deliveries can proceed
Adopting and enhancing ways of working to ensure the right level of consistency across squads and delivery teams within IT, Digital and Group
Supporting cross functional delivery including changes to local or Group IT systems and processes
Risk and financial management of capex budget
Who are we looking for?
You will be an experienced Scrum Master and Project Manager who has a track record of delivery.
Agile and Project Management qualifications and experience and within an Enterprise IT setting
Proven team lead, having built high performing teams
Business Partnership /Advisory skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillset with the ability to influence at all levels
Experience working within a Telecoms Product environment
