The future is exciting, Ready to join our Finance Team as our next Accounts Payable Analyst? 

Let’s get factual. Our Finance teams work to provide crucial support to ensure only the soundest of decisions are made for both our customers and us.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Execution and maintenance of locally operated SOX controls including administration and management of the UK Expansion of Authority 
  • Ensuring that goods receipting substantiation activity is managed and signed off in line with policy each month 
  • Assisting with escalation and clearance of blocked invoices and vendor queries/escalations, working with our colleagues in the UK, and in our offshore service centres
  • Management of the “lodge card” and purchasing card processes
  • End to end management of locally referred T&E Fraud alerts
  • Creation of travel profiles for UK employees
  • Providing full cover on locally managed invoice processing, query, payment and balance sheet management
  • Performing the annual User Access Review
Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
  • Excellent understanding of accounts payable/procure to pay process 
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Skilled communicator with good influencing skills
  • Experience with SAP or Great Plains highly regarded but not essential
