- Experience in an appropriate telecommunications field with a high level of understanding of the technologies used within Vodafone fixed networks.
- Strong analytical approach to problem solving.
- Self-starting – identify,own and resolve technical and process issues
- Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering best in class customer service
- You will need to be eligible for SC clearance to be considered for this vacancy
- Expert equipment knowledge of Ciena, platforms.
- Expert understanding of OTN, SDH, Ethernet & Optical Transmission systems
- Degree or equivalent preferred but not essential with relevant experience
