Once the introductions are over your induction will begin, which will help you really get to know us. You’ll explore the campus, meet key people from across the organisation and start to get immersed in our culture.
We’ll pair you with a buddy who’s already been through the programme and knows what’s ahead for you. They’ll know all about the part of the business you’re working in and how to get around. And they’ll be happy to answer any questions you might have about life at Vodafone.
Creating amazing experiences for our customers is one of our real strengths, and learning how to listen to their views is one of the most important skills you’ll develop. So, no matter what stream you choose, your time in the Discover Graduate Programme will start with a placement in a customer-facing environment. This could be in one of our retail stores or a contact centre near to where you live.
You’ll work in two placements, each lasting five months, within your Discover Graduate Programme stream.
Vodafone has a national presence, which means you could find yourself in any of our locations. We ask all of our Discover Graduate Programme participants to be mobile for the duration of their programme.
Your final placement in the Customer Experience and Sales, Retail Management, HR, Finance, Commercial Marketing, and Corporate and External Affairs streams will last for 12 months.
Your final placement in the Technology stream will be split into two separate six-month assignments.
You’ll continue to be coached and supported as your career with us develops. The opportunities are endless.
