We’ll start by focusing on our Consumer segment. For us, it’s important to fully understand our customer base and to have full end-to-end ownership of all projects and products being released.These will impact their lives, their experience and their digital journeys when interacting with Vodafone.
We’ll put all of this into action in our Consumer & Digital Hub in Southwark London. Where we’ll make our pace of delivery faster to bring the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Our Digital Hub
The Speechmark, our new digital hub in London, has undergone a £6.5m refurbishment and now houses a 1000-strong consumer, digital, and tech workforce. Our investment cements Bankside in Southwark as one of the fastest-growing centres for creative and digital expertise in London, allowing our employees to develop and lead our digital initiative.

Operations and Automation
The Digital Operations & Automation team is a newly created Centre of Excellence, with a clear mission to drive the digital and automation transformation path for Vodafone UK. This is a high profile and critical function to transform Vodafone UK from a transactional operation, to a highly automated insight and data-driven organisation.
