We’ll start by focusing on our Consumer segment. For us, it’s important to fully understand our customer base and to have full end-to-end ownership of all projects and products being released.These will impact their lives, their experience and their digital journeys when interacting with Vodafone.

We’ll put all of this into action in our Consumer & Digital Hub in Southwark London. Where we’ll make our pace of delivery faster to bring the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Brand Centre of Expertise

Our Brand Centre of Expertise manage one of the largest marketing budgets in the UK and deliver high return on our investment behind highly effective plans. They measure success on Brand Consideration, NPS, but most importantly on brand love.

Big Data Centre of Expertise

Think big, start small, scale fast. That’s Data’s mission. From apps to chatbots, artificial intelligence to robots, Big Data is creating opportunities to explore, experiment and expand on what’s possible.

Base Marketing Tribe

Base Marketing manages our existing customer base all the way through their lifecycle. They do this by putting targeted, relevant and personalised offers and messages into action across all our channels. The goal? To build relationships with customers and create value for Vodafone.

Digital Enablers

Digital Enablers are at the heart of our Digital Transformation. Working with our Digital Engineering Tribe, they drive innovation at a fast pace. They employ creative thinking and latest technologies to create compelling ecommerce journeys, seamless self-service and immersive content.
