We need to make sure these key partners are carefully selected. Having the right partners is crucial to our business, and by doing so ensures that our customers will not only have access to the very best range of products but also to the best services via an outstanding group of resellers.

 B2B Marketing

Our marketing teams deliver best-in-class marketing, and their goal is to win over the hearts and minds of our business customers. They do this by getting customers to fall in love with our brand and what we stand for. We find smart ways to impact customer perception by using new digital technology to provide offers and services that are relevant and attractive.

Our commercial teams are the bedrock of Vodafone, making the most of opportunities every day. We provide big data, insights and analysis so that we’re armed and ready to shape the future of Vodafone. Joining our commercial team means you will look at strategy, transformation, bids and products. You will evaluate solutions, costs and competition and we encourage and reward you for initiating your route to success.

Regional Business 

For us, sales are the foundation of our business. The regional business team focuses on our SME and mid-market customers (10-500 employees). At the small end of the scale, the sales are driven by desk-based teams, and the rest sits under the remit of aligned geographical regions. The team is split into Pre-Sales, Direct Sales and Service Management functions, and work towards one common goal - helping our customers succeed in the digital arena by enabling our total world-class communications.

Major Business

An outstanding team creates exceptional work, and we are unified in our approach. Major Business owns the relationships with our largest UK centric enterprise customers (500+ employees). We ensure these customers are looked after by either a dedicated person or even a team, field-based or onsite. 

The Major Business team is split into Pre-Sales, Direct Sales and Service Management functions, together they offer our customers access to the industry’s only directly provided fixed and mobile communications service.
