Brand Communications Manager
You’ll shape the future direction and evolution of the Vodafone Brand bringing our brand promise to life in all customer communications. You will lead brand creative excellence across Group and markets achieving ever higher standards and superior brand experiences that really helps us connect with our customers and improve performance in the marketplace. You will be inspirational in encouraging creativity whilst having the courage to challenge activity that may not make sense for our customers.
Customer Value Manager
You will set the global strategy driving fantastic experiences, amazing offers and extra revenue from existing Vodafone customers. You will lead focused Customer Value Management programmes supporting Vodafone markets with latest insights, developments and best practices. You will be excited by the chance to deliver big sales numbers. You will also be inspired by the chance to act as a thought leader who supports, initiates or challenges initiatives and actions always carefully balancing customer need with commercial requirements and targets.
