Our Business function simply means managing the in-life service experience for our customers to ensure we meet our contractual obligations. In short, our focus is, and always will be, to continually improve the service we provide.  


Our role is key to giving our customer a first-class service. We represent their voice and we champion their needs across Vodafone. Our customers rely on us and our services to deliver not only for them, but for their customers too.  


We refer to our community as Service Relationship Management as the emphasis for us is on building long lasting relationshipsIf our customers trust us, they will stay with us and continue to invest. It’s an essential part of growth of the business. 


We work across public and private sectors and it’s fair to say that no two days are the same. A role within Service Management definitely keeps you on your toes! We provide solutions to many of the UK's critical national infrastructure services; NHS 111, Blue Light services and Central Government – just to name a few. Our range of customers makes the job hugely exciting.  


With technology constantly evolving, we’re evolving with it. We’re so much more than simply a mobile phone provider, woffer an incredible range of products and services such as 5G, the Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud, and contact centres.
