Full and Part Time Retail Adviser
Are you a great listener who’s passionate about meeting new people and understanding their needs? As a Retail adviser, you’ll help our customers get the most out of their technology. You need to be motivated and resilient and you’ll be working to a number of team and individual targets. We’ll support and encourage you every step of the way with training, one of the best hourly rates on the high street, and stacks of other great benefits and discounts.
Working as a Technology Expert, you’ll be kept on your toes. From supporting and educating a customer around setting up their devices, to diagnosing and organising repair of faulty devices.
It’s as much about understanding the customer as it is about understanding the technology and how our customers use it. Once you know what someone wants to do with their phone, you can show them how to make the most of it. Which might include what other products and services could enhance their experience.
Our Technology experts also usually act as an assistant manager to support the Store Manager, so you need to be comfortable coaching others and helping them to be their best.
Assistant Store Manager
Our Assistant Store Managers are there to support in leading, motivating, coaching and developing a store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll strive to meet and exceed store performance targets and offer a stand out in-store service. This role is a key part of the store leadership team and offers the chance to take on the day to day running of the store.
Our store managers lead by example, creating a workplace full of motivated, energised people who always give our customers the best possible experience. We’ll reward you with a great salary, benefits and bonus opportunities, plus the chance to keep moving upwards and on wards.

Partner Agent (Franchise)
Our Partner Agent Programme is ideal for external entrepreneurs who want to own a small number of stores in the UK. You'll have the freedom of running the stores but with the support of a big-name brand.
