Shares that we give you - AllShares
Everyone who joins our company gets the opportunity to receive a number of Vodafone shares. Everyone is awarded the same number of shares, no matter where they work or what their job is. AllShares are offered to you in addition to your current benefits and salary. Please note, it is decided on an annual basis whether an AllShares award will be made - there is no automatic right to an award.
Shares you can save for - Sharesave
Save for three or five years - up to £250 per month - using a Save as You Earn account to buy shares in Vodafone at a discounted price. Then you can decide to either use your savings to buy the shares, or take the cash.
Shares you can buy - Share Incentive Plan
This plan allows you to become an immediate Vodafone shareholder. You can buy shares in Vodafone from your salary before tax and the Company will match the number of shares you buy. You can contribute up to £125 per month.
