We don't expect you to know all of our products and services inside out before you start. But we'll make sure you know them throughly by the end of your induction. Shortly after that you'll have the opportunity to achieve your NVQ1 level 2 'Retail Sales and Customer Services'.
Once this is completed you and your manager will decide where you want to go from there. We have an invaluable online learning and development tool, which can give you access to everything from DVDs to personalised courses. How much you get out of this is entirely down to you - but judging by your ambition we expect it'll be a lot.
