
Everyone who joins our team will benefit from a comprehensive induction, but some roles that deal with more tricky situations need that little bit more training. Like our technology it's not just there for the sake of it. Each training exercise is designed to make sure you're completely confident that you can help our customers out - whatever their problem.
Customer Service Adviser
Before you start, we'll give you four weeks of academy-style training, which runs from Monday to Friday.
Sales Adviser
You'll have two weeks' classroom-based training, followed by two at our specially designed skills centre before taking live calls on the floor.
Email Customer Service Adviser
Your ten weeks of training will run from Monday to Friday for the first three weeks, after which it moves to a shift pattern.
