As a whole we've got quite a few accolades to our name - like being placed in the Times Top 20 Best Big Companies to Work For and most recently the People in Retail award for Training and Career Development.

But we wouldn't even come close to the podium if it wasn't for all our great people, so it's only fair that they have their 15 minutes as well. There are a massive number of awards that our people go in for and that their managers put them up for.

There's also our own award for Learner of the Year. It's for all areas of our business and is for those who have got the most out of their training and development opportunities. There are also a number of ways you can recognise and nominate your team members via our intranet. You can put people up for anything from an e-card to winning a holiday.
