Over the next three years, we'll be taking our website (www.vodafone.co.uk) from being a basic resource to a valuable part of the customer experience. It's a move that will ultimately position us as a leading online brand. There's a lot to do before we reach that position, but I'm confident that we will get there.

It's all about being even more customer-focused. People are spending more and more time on the web, so to remain market leaders we need to become their online site of choice. That's why we've created an entirely new Online Business Unit, and we're looking for the very best to join it. People who are as excited as we are about the transformation process. They'll be faced with a challenge, but the strategy and backing is in place to ensure we achieve and stand apart from our competitors.

Vodafone is a company where we can do anything in business if we turn our minds to it. That really excited me. And with the massive opportunities available, there's no doubt it will excite the very same people we're looking for.
