Every new trainee joining our retail teams will achieve their NVQ Level 2 in customer services and sales shortly after they start. In fact, it takes 12 weeks and involves four one-day training courses. Then, after each one, you put what you've learnt into practice instore.

You'll need to go on and pass your NVQ Level 3 in sales with flying colours to move up to Senior Retail Adviser or Retail Business Adviser. But you don't have to stop there. If you have aspirations to be Retail Assistant Manager, NVQ Level 4 is an ambitious addition to your studies.

Everyone who joins us has the opportunity to go on an NVQ course in the form of an Apprenticeship Scheme. Our NVQs aren't in the traditional format - where you'd be encouraged to build long portfolios of evidence - but they still have the same value.

In fact you can achieve anything from an NVQ or GSCE, right up to a degree with us. Whatever your ambitions we'll do all that we can to support you.
