Our sales teams in Stoke-on-Trent set the standard for the whole country. They're that fantastic. They're experts at hitting targets, of course. But they can also put a grin on virtually anyone's face. Join them and you'll either take calls from customers calling in, or make outbound calls. Whoever you're talking to, you'll offer warm, friendly, helpful advice. You'll explain the benefits of our products and services. And, if the customer's thinking of moving on from Vodafone, you'll show them all the great reasons they should stay.
To help you, we'll give you a brilliant training and development plan. First, there's a thorough induction to get you up to speed on our company, products and services. Plus, there's a heap more training as you develop within role. You can even earn other qualifications while you're here.
Experience isn't necessary (though it's always nice). Just as important is a positive personality, a bit of get-up-and-go and a real desire to learn. Show us that and there's no end to what you can achieve.
