And they could have all sorts of questions - upgrades, tariffs, technical queries, anything. So when they call up, you'll need to adapt in the blink of an eye. And, you'll need to think for yourself to answer - not just read from scripts.
To help you, we'll give you a brilliant training and development plan. First, there's a thorough induction to get you up to speed on our company, products and services. Plus, there's a heap more training as you develop within role. You can even earn other qualifications while you're here.
Experience isn't necessary (though it's always nice). Just as important is a positive personality, a bit of get-up-and-go and a real desire to learn. Show us that and there's no end to what you can achieve.
