Welcome to the business side of customer service. Here, you'll work in small teams. You'll get to know our customers individually. You'll use your own initiative to solve calls. And you'll be able to follow them up afterwards.
When one of our business customers phone up, you'll adapt your approach in the blink of an eye. You'll listen to their needs. And, you'll come up with your own solution - not read from sheets of paper. In fact, you'll work more like an account manager.
To help you, we'll give you a thorough induction to get you up to speed on our company, products and services. Plus, there's a heap more training as you develop within role. You can even earn other qualifications while you're here.
Experience isn't necessary (though it's always nice). Just as important is a positive personality, a bit of get-up-and-go and a real desire to learn.
