By listening. Understanding. And then guiding them through a payment plan - firmly, but fairly. Tricky? Of course. But it's also immensely satisfying.
To help you, we'll give you a brilliant training and development plan. First, there's a thorough induction to get you up to speed on our company, products and services. Plus, there's a heap more training as you develop within role. You can even earn other qualifications while you're here.
Experience isn't necessary (though it's always nice). Just as important is an positive personality, a bit of get-up-and-go and a real desire to learn. Show us that and there's no end to what you can achieve.
