First up, we'll make sure you're kitted out with a Vodafone shirt, so our customers know who to turn to right from the get-go.

Your induction will take the form of four training days. These are spread over your first 12 weeks with us and we'll do our best to make sure that they're as local as possible. But don't worry we'll cover any travel expenses that you have on these days (where relevant). The same goes for when you visit one of our specialist training stores.

As soon as you're ready we'll support you through your NVQ Level 2 in customer services and sales. In fact, we'll support you in anything you want to achieve after that too.
