
First thing's first, you'll have a formal induction.
For starters you'll get to know all about us as a company, our vision for the future and the values we up hold. You'll learn all about our general employment procedures, working practices and most importantly, how and why your work is so important to us.
As soon as possible after this you'll go to a career planning session, so we can address any immediate training needs that you have. Around this time you'll also meet your mentor - someone who'll be cherry picked to help you find your feet. You'll also meet your new team and have an induction with them as well so you're up to speed as quickly as possible.
When this is all said and done, we want to know what you thought of it all. Our resourcing team will be in touch to see what worked and where you think we could improve.
