
You'll kick off with an induction that leaves no stone unturned. For starters you'll get to know all about us as a company, our vision for the future and the values we uphold. You'll learn all about our general employment procedures, working practices and most importantly, how and why your outstanding customer service is so important to us.
We then get down to the nitty gritty with a training programme that will last for a number of weeks in a learning academy environment. You'll be with lots of other new starters so you won't feel alone. Here, you'll learn all about our products and services, customer service procedures and policies, and the different systems you'll be using.
There's a lot to take in, but we'll support you at every stage and make sure that you only move on once you've got the hang of everything. But our support doesn't stop once you leave the training room. You'll then join your team and work closely with your Team Leader and shadow other experienced advisers, listening to their calls. Eventually you'll start to take some calls yourself - with an experienced adviser or team leader next to you. Then there'll be no stopping you.
